So I have a dilemma at maybe someone could help out. I’m in need of a higher value kohl’s coupon code. I bought a comforter there and it ended up getting dull within just a month or 2 of use. So I tried to do an even trade for another that I liked and was the same original price. Well the associate told me the best way to return was do it for store credit and wait for a high value coupon and I could get the other for the same price 😑 nope going to end up costing me an extra $30 with the 20% coupon they have now. You might want to ask another associate. If it faded, you should be able to do an even exchange if it’s same price.
