I have this. I love it. My husband groaned about having another kitchen tool. However, he is now using it. High praise. It is designed well. Just wipe off the probe and fold it in. That’s how you shut it off. It reads immediately, so you are not waiting for a reading while the meat cools down. I am looking forward to using it in the summer at the grill. Love it.

Anyone notice that when a certain item in Amazon gains popularity the price increases and increases? This thermometer is now 10 cents more.
