If you have 2 RR from the same company (PG), but they are for different amounts you can usually roll them.
Don’t believe you’ll be able to since it is Proctor & Gamble…..I could be the victim of incorrect thinking

If you call Catalina department at 1-888-826-8766 or submit your receipt here: http://support.catalina.com/, they should be able to help! Once you tell them what the offer was and send receipt, they’ll mail you your RR.
When I purchased the two toothpastes I didn’t get the RR either but the manager gave me points instead. The promo said the RR were for certain Crest items and there wasn’t a sign indicating they were included under any of the higher priced toothpastes like the ones I bought. My store worked with me because I shop there a lot and I asked if they would do it since the promo is kind of vague. Guess I got lucky.
