I have always thought there should be a product like this and when I learned there finally was I jumped on the opportunity! Aside from cough and cold season, my family also suffers from allergies. When my kids or I get congested we just toss this in the shower. It isn’t overpowering and you can make it more or less strong by how contained the shower is and if the fan is on or off. I’m keeping this on hand always!

I actually let the hot water run a couple of minutes with the tablet prior to getting in the shower. Also great if you need a steam bath for a sick little one. I use these when my grandkids are sick. I place it in the shower as directed and close the bathroom door for a few minutes and let the bathroom get really steamy. I then grab a chair and sit with the babies. I haven’t put the babies in the shower with the tablet because it really strong. Great product, very effective!
