I replaced an Insinkerator 1/3 hp. I’ve done this before and knew removing that one would be tough and it was. It took almost 2 hours to remove the old one and almost 15 minutes to clean the sink opening and install this one. It’s smaller in size, but more powerful and it is about 1/3 as much noise. The only tool I really needed to install it was a screwdriver. If a 70-year-old, out-of-shape man can install it, I’ll bet you can too!
I upgraded my old raggedy Badger to this model and I’m so glad I did. It was very easy to install using the step-by-step video here on the sale page which is the Manufacturer Video. Installed it by myself just following the video and having all the tools I needed. #girlpower! It’s quieter than the old Badger and takes up less space. It works as described. Very happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone!

I bought this disposal about 2 years ago as it was one of the few that would fit under my sink. It’s small, but powerful. Works great, and much quieter than the bigger one it replaced.
