This grill is a reader fave!😍
LOVE LOVE LOVE mine!! I use it A LOT!!! I air-fry veggies, french fries, onion rings, chicken nuggets; grill burgers, chicken, pork loin, etc; roast – a roast 😀. LOVE!!
It can create a lot of smell, but I don’t feel like it is too much more than if I were to cook the same item on the stove. I also use avocado oil and clean the screen every other use, or every use if I make something with a lot of fat in it like bacon. If something I make has the potential of stinking up the house I put it on my stove under the vent hood. I bought it after H2S posted a good deal. I use it a lot and really like it. I bought it with the temperature probe and I love that feature. The grilled chicken comes out perfectly.
I have this and use it every single day, we no longer turn on the oven for daily meals. I don’t pay for gas in my apt so the oven is better for a turkey. But I made baked apples in this, heat my meals from the day before, air fry panko chicken, I did a grilled turkey breast, coquito, flan, whole fish, made a chicken noodle soup. It isn’t time-consuming to clean because I use a lot of Reynolds wrap or metal tins, cook in them, and pop it out with the food. The oven still clean. The only issue I come across is when the meat is too high and partially hits the heating part in the lid. That causes smoke. So you have to make sure the lid closes and doesn’t touch anything. Beyond that, easy.
I have one I bought a month ago at Sam’s when it was on sale. I love mine. I toast, and grill. I have not had any trouble with smoke. I did grill hamburgers and chicken and they were so good. I’m learning by trial and error. Clean up I do by hand even though it says you can use the dishwasher. Taste doesn’t taste fried but not charcoal grilled. More gas grill flavored.
