I’m a little upset to see so many ads for Father’s Day deals TODAY on Mother’s Day. I’m appreciate the heads up, just disappointed that these deals couldn’t have been posted tomorrow instead.

Ummm, wow! Is this a joke?! You’re really upset about them posting Father’s Day deals on Mother’s Day. 😳

With a comment on the next day after midnight…

        • Carla E.

What does the time I post have anything to do if asking if she was joking or not?

      • Cynthia

Ummm nope not a joke. Clearly you didn’t see me LOLing. I think I’m allowed to have an opinion, just like you’re allowed to whine about what I said.

        • Carla E.

Well, clearly not whining. Just trying to point out nicely that this page does you a favor and if you’re hurt about about the stuff they post, especially on Mother’s Day, how about don’t go to the page. I appreciate both parents equally and love what this page for everyone else. Did you notice you’re the ONLY one complaining? Have a seat Karen. Some guy really did a number on you to complain about this! 😆

          • Cynthia

Hahaha, Thanks Carla. Your words really resonated. Made me take a big look inward. What would I have done with out your kindness.

          • Diane

No need to attack her. She just said she was a little upset. We have no idea what she may have been through. Maybe she recently lost her father or her husband who is a father (or both.) This has been a rough year for a lot of people. Maybe she was just trying to enjoy Mother’s Day after a rough time and she went on Hip2Save at the end of the day to relax and the post was a little bit jarring. Her post seemed respectful.

The way people overthink things these days and somehow find something “bad” in anything really amazes me.
People just need to go back to the basics of life and what’s really important and stop finding ways to be offended and bothered by what others do, say, or think they think.
