Thank you for this post! I was just looking for a new back pack for my son today, so this was perfectly timed. I was very happy with how his small size Pottery Barn backpack looked after 2 years of use…it looks almost new still! He only needed a new one because the small size was too small for all needs to carry now.
I’m so happy you needed this!
I second the durability of Pottery Barn backpacks and lunch boxes! I switched to them 2 years ago after years of buying LLBean. The quality of PB is better and the lunchboxes actually last my boys all year without falling apart.
Awesome! SO glad to hear how well they have held up! Thanks a bunch for your review!
I agree on the quality as well. I throw them in the washing machine at the end of each school year and hang them up to dry and they look like new! My daughter is going into 5th grade this year, and she still has the smaller size one from kindergarten. It’s too small for school, but she uses it for sleepovers still. The bigger ones have lasted at least 2-3 years for each of my kids as well. The part that tends to wear out first is the water bottle pocket, and living in the desert, it’s a necessity. I don’t like having the kids put the water inside with books and chromebooks that could be damaged by a leak.
