Eufy 25c was a pleasant surprise having been our first robot vac. Though it cleans in a random pattern, it does a remarkable job of completely cleaning my home and returning to its base. Having two dogs, our home has remained so much cleaner since getting the Eufy. No more “snowdrifts” of pet hair anywhere. Love it.

I got this as a Christmas gift for a starter robovac. We have three cats and a double-coated dog and it handles all the cleaning for that very well. The fact that it does my vacuuming for me is worth more than I can ever put a price on. I have a lifelong distaste for cleaning floors.

It does not map unfortunately and cannot work with and barriers or exclude parts of your home, but its proximity sensors work like a champ. Since it doesn’t really sense or develop patterns, I just set it in a room I may want to be cleaned that’s not our main living area and lock it in there for a little bit. We have a smaller home with a simple layout, so it was very ideal for our home setting.

As far as how it cleans, it can be set to many different settings, but I have found it usually just cleans until the battery gets low, then goes back to its base, which I actually like.
