This toy is a favorite among parents because the tethered mallet makes it safe for kids to use and keeps it from getting lost. The xylophone also has wheels, so they can pull the string and walk with the toy as they grow. Best of all, it doesn’t require batteries!

My one year old adores this toy. Fun, bright, musical toy that stands up to him sitting on it, dragging it around, and banging on it with all his might.

Gave this gift to twin boys, age 1 1/2. They love music so I thought this would be a good idea. It certainly was. They take turns singing and clapping while the other one plays the toy. Was really glad that the handle is attached too so, it won’t be lost.

My grandson is a year old and his face lights up every time he bangs on this. I would absolutely recommend everyone getting their baby one of these. It’s fun and educational, super inexpensive, and very practical. This is honestly one of his favorite toys and he has so many that do so much more, but there is something to be said about the simplicity of this toy.

Thank you so much! I just picked up 2 for my 2 week old grandsons for Christmas. I’ve been wanting to start them a collection of classic Fischer Price toys that I played with back in the 70s.
