I was just able to complete the forms and get BOTH samples. At the end, it says something like “limited to one sample of Dove fo fresh and one sample of men’s … per household. I had to submit the form twice (one for each sample) but it worked ! Hope this helps!

It worked for me at 1:45 PM PST. The thing that’s been around for a little bit but I just set my phone down and it went through after about one minute. Good luck. And I did post that it was bad for the environment so that is not a factor of not getting it. Not sure if it’s bad for the environment since they have new aerosol types but the container it comes in I don’t know if that would be recycled as it seems like nothing is really getting truly recycled anymore
I did it twice, one for me and one for my husband, and both went through. It also says limit one per household for dove men’s, so we’ll see.

Probably received a sample last time. That’s why I don’t think I qualified
Avoid this item if sensitive to aromas. I received the Dove Spray with a cucumber scent.
It was very “perfumy” and took a few loads in the washer to eliminate the scent on my shirt.
Also was a couple of showers later that the scent finally disappeared from my skin.
I couldn’t agree more! I brought this to work to have as a back up (I’m a nurse) and the scent was very powerful, even through my mask that I wear all day. I’ll still use it there if needed because it’s better than B.O.

Sorry for the issues! We did just get this fixed if you wanted to grab the update in the app store OR delete and then reinstall. That should do the trick!
