Hey Liz! Try signing into your account and placing a few items in your cart. Check your email later in the day and they may send you a code for free shipping! Make sure you check your spam folder too because the code is usually only good for one day.
Thank you for the tips! I will try that. It’s worked for me in the past but not for a while so fingers crossed! I have a reward expiring in a few days I’m hoping to use!
I know Express sends those codes less fequently, but it did happen to me not long ago. To note, the code was not sent the same day, and I had been playing with the cart for a few days. Maybe the system is looking for an indication of prolonged browsing? Maybe this helps.
