I’m no longer getting any coupons in the mail from bath and body works. They stopped around 2018. I’ve made multiple attempts to start receiving them again but all those attempts have gone ignored.

There’s no guarantee you’ll get their offers, but one thing you can do to help is go and update your address in their system: https://customercare.bathandbodyworks.com/app/ask — Choose mailing address add/update from the dropdown. That will add or renew you in their system and just might start you getting their mailers!

Got my mailer two days ago. Received a free item up to $14.50 with no purchase necessary now. And another to use in November with purchase for same value. I live in Georgia and shop there once a year.
You must have been gone a year! Usually those high value ones are to draw you back in!

I also got a full size product for $14.50 in mine, it was the first coupon in a while. I use to get 2 or 3 sets somehow to and only got 1 which is still great this time.
I am still receiving mail free offers. I live in Alabama. I signed up in store to receive mail coupons. So if calling, emails aren’t working. See if you can do so in store. They are using optimum safe shopping in store experience.

I never get the coupons as well! I don’t get it! We just bought products this past month from Bath and Body! I don’t get it! Does anyone know the rhyme or reason as to who gets coupons?
