We have the Cuisinart burger press and it’s terrific! Literally, my husband is cooking burgers EVERY weekend because of it. You can stuff anything you wish in your burger and the press makes them look like store bought burgers. Also you can do sliders with the extra insert. Our favorite burger as of now (and I know it sounds strange) is a cream cheese and chives stuffed burger (the cream cheese makes the burger stay moist). It is to die for! Oh yeah, its the weekend – we’re probably having THEM tonight LOL 🙂

It is a mess for me, you must dip it in oil to slide the meat off, right?
IMO: I’ve never had to coat anything in oil…most beef, turkey or chicken have enough moistness for the patties to come out of the press without it. Great product!
Yes the burger press is awesome. We do burgers stuffed with pepperoni and mozzarella, or burgers stuffed with salsa.
