Unfortunately, I was not. I called and left multiple messages (was never able to speak to a person). Maybe they were just overwhelmed with the holidays. It’s a shame because it sounds like their wine is delish!

You do have to have someone 21 or older to sign for it. I used a similar company and had it sent directly to a fed ex store and picked it up there because my schedule is crazy.
Yes, I was required to have someone available to sign (over 21). However, this may vary by state? not sure. No problems what so ever! very happy.
I also ordered and never received my wine. I would not order from them again. I’m very disapointed with this company and the customer service. If I were you I would avoid this deal!!

As mentioned above, in most states, you must have someone 21+ years old available to sign for the delivery. Of course, this is state law, and no fault of the company of FedEx. 🙂
