Maybe this isn’t the best place to make this observation but I just want to say… I’ve been a huge hip2save fan for about 6 years. I installed the app the day it came out and I’ve stopped reading all other coupon and deal blogs.. I used to open the app several times a day just to see the new deals you had posted and I bought a ton of stuff off of your posts.
But the last few weeks, and maybe even a little longer.. have just been.. Awful. I’m not sure if you’re just trying to post deals that you make more money on or what.. But there has been nothing very interesting at all.. I can’t stand when people complain on this website, so I really hate to be “that” person too.. but it’s getting so bad I had to say something at this point!
Hi there, Rebecca! First of all, thank you for being a long-time Hip2Save fan – we so appreciate you and the fact that you have stuck with us through the years. I am so sorry that you are not finding our deals to be applicable or interesting to you – this time of year can be a little different than around the holidays as the sales seem to slow down and so the deals can start to feel a little less exciting than normal. With that said, the awesome team here at Hip2Save spends hours scouring the stores for hidden deals, clearance deals etc as it is our goal to be the best place for all the deals no matter what time of year. I do not share Rebecca’s opinion that “there has been nothing very interesting at all” in the last few weeks. I have found deals almost every single day!! In the last few weeks I have shopped discount flooring, ceiling fans, toilet paper, light fixtures, music and movie downloads, wall art and rugs just to mention a few. Take a break for awhile Rebecca, then come back and see the deals you missed, then you will remember that while you may not be happy with what you see each and every day, Hip2Save is a remarkable source of never ending deals and there is absolutely nothing to complain about! Carry on Hip2Save…Remember, “You can please some of the people some of the time, but not all the people all the time.”
