    You will need to discount codes in order to get the discounted prices. You need to go to Today.com for the codes. as of 9:40 EST the GPS is sold out.

    I logged on to the website for the GPS immediately while the show was airing, added it to my cart, got the code and payment info in but it sold out while processing my payment. Good Grief!

    I bought the teeth whitening system – not the brush and package – just the whitening part for $9.99. Cheaper than the whitestrips so hopefully they will work better!!

    when you submit for the GPS theres no confirmation page does not say anything. did it go through?? cause ive pressed 3 times once had payment button and twice update order? so i need help did it go through or what?? worried it may charge 3 times now

      Just took a while and had to re-enter info on screens sometimes 4 or more times but with success. Also shipping fee was waived so total price was $69.98

    I was very excited when I saw Fridays deals I had never made any purchases before. I took advantage of the necklace featured I was able to click and purchase without problem. My only concern is that I have no way of tracking shipment progress. I would like additional contact information. I’m excited about my purchase I just want to make sure it’s coming!

    I purchased two 30secondSmile Toothbrush Whitening systems. I have not received the confirmation e-mail or the merchandise. I bought each system on the day of the sale 7/29/11 for $25.00 with the code. Please let me know what is happening with this order.

      I also ordered 30 Second Smile toothbrush and did not receive a confirmation notice. I called customer service and a recording said they were not taking call until 8/1. I called on 8/1 and was told to call on 8/3 since they had a high volume of requests. I called 8/3 and was told to call in 3 hours. I asked to speak with a supervisor. My order was never received or processed. Costumer service is located in New Delhi, India. The company is located in California. I tried to cancel my order but that didn’t work either.

        I also ordered the 30 second smile toothbrush whitening system. I called customer service 4 times , and asked why I did not receive a email confirmation. I also asked to speak to a supervisor. I was hung up on.
        I think the today show should know about this scam , and this is not a legit steals and deals.

    I ordered the 30 Seconds Smile the day it was offered on the Today show … never received and email with confirmation number and it’s been 3 wks and still NO product. I called costumer service and all they said was that it takes 21 days to arrive. It’s been 21 days !!!
    Maybe the Today show should be aware of these companies that have horrible costumer service, and the worries that we, the clients have about giving our credit cards info.

      i ordered it as well, never received a receipt of my purchases. have been charged on my credit card, and the delivery receipt says it was delivered…not true. it’s a fraud!!! made a claim through my bank!!! i also heard they will continue charging you every several months to replace the heads of toothbrush…good luck everybody. i will never buy from today show ever again!

    Ordered 30 Second Smile and wanted to return it unopened. They refused, saying it was a TODAY Show offer and they dont accept those as returns. Customer service is in India and extremely rude. TODAY Show, please dont put these offers up on your show without disclosing return policy. $50 down the drain for an awful product.

    Today Show,
    We received our 30 second smile toothbrushes and that’s about how long we smiled. We called customer service to let them know we didn’t like them and that one of them was cracked when we got it. The product is cheaply made. Customer service is in India and even though the paper we got says to call this number for return instructions we were quickly told NO RETURN NO WARRANTY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, because we bought through NBC. We trusted this product because it was recommended by you at NBC and we are now stuck with broken equipment and no recourse. We are out sixty – five dollars.
    COULD YOU GET OUR MONEY BACK.?

      Neal, I too called them today to let them know that I was not happy with this product. Customer service rep was hard to understand and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told that the they would tell me the same thing ” NO RETURN NO WARRANTY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES” because I ordered it through NBC. I thought I was going to get a GREAT product since it was endorsed by NBC, boy was I ever wrong!!! Like you I too trusted the product because of who was endorsing it.
      I ordered two of these, one for myself and husband, then one for my two daughters to share. Out of the four of us, none of us liked it. My Sonicare works SO MUCH BETTER, I will never stray again!!! I too am out $65, lesson learned here!!

      I agree with Neal and Teresa. After waiting 6 weeks for this product, I am so disappointed in it’s quality and then now the customer service. They don’t respond to emails. I tried calling all morning and it would just hang up. I did finally get a hold of someone in India and again they said no returns, I asked to talk to someone at the actual company and they said that wasn’t possible, I too bought this from via the Today Show because I thought it was a product they endorsed. I wished they had looked at their BBB ratings before they offered this terrible product.

    I too have not received the 30 Second Smile Toothbrush and Whitening System that I ordered on July 29th! Been waiting patiently, never received an e-mail, not even sure the order went through, still watching my banking statements for the first sign of fraud. Not happy. I order alot of items through Jill’s Steals and Deals, and I Do remember feeling kinda strange ordering from that sight; I mean, even though it was a special offer, usually a site will let you browse at the company’s other items, and this had nothing but the deal that was being offered.

    Beware…..I purchased a 30 second smile kit and after being charged $9.95 for shipping and handling, and deciding I didn’t really need it, I contacted the company to return it. They refused to refund my money even though it hasn’t even been opened. Don’t buy from them.

    I ordered 30 second smile from Today show deal and then received notice of delay. I made 3 attempts to cancel the order as it would not arrive in time for its intended purpose. Never could get confirmation of the cancellation. Now I have received the order and made the call to the number for returns and was told I could return, but would get no refund. Supposedly that information of no refunds was on info-mercials for toothbrush. All I could find was advertisement saying 60 day trial offer or return! Was told by online advisor I would need to contact CSToday. That is who I tried to cancel order with. I too am very disappointed with Today show offering a product that operates like this.

    Also ordered 30 second smile. I did receive a confirmation and an e mail that there would be a delay do to high volume. I was thinking at least they didn’t run out and are still going to honor it. When I finally did get it my soft brush set was defective. I tried to startt with the firmer brush but was a little sore so I tried to email them. was also told I needed to contact cstoday@30secondsmile.com problem is I can’t get that email address to come up. Also I saw thje infomercial for this product and it was selling for I believe $69.99 with the whitening system and ALSO LIFETIME REPLACEMENT ON THE BRUSHES. So Today Show we really didn’t get 80% off.

    I ordered the toothbrush, then got an email on August 3 saying they were back ordered. It’s October 31, and still nothing in the mail. These companies shouldn’t be allowed to sell items, they can’t deliver on.
