        Gosh, I’m not sure about my feet, but I have seen improvement in how my hips feel, so maybe that’s related? I feel they’ve improved my outdoor and treadmill runs. It did take a couple weeks of adjustment, I just followed their tips. I was wearing Hokas prior to switching about a year ago. I hope that helps! 💕
