They are high quality, come sharp, and have a good weight balance.
We first discovered these knives while on vacation at a rental property. Once I used them I knew that I had to own them. I have been a faithful Cutco knife owner for 40 years, but these knives have a superior balance and feel to them that make cutting vegetables and meat an easy task. My wrists and hands don’t tire as they do with other knives that force you to press down so much harder. I love this set and the price was excellent!
Great knife set! Already second time buying this brand, never been disappointed!
