As a physical therapist, I use this product for rehab of a variety of conditions from foot/ankle injuries to patients with balance and neurological disorders. This product is of great value and works just like it should. Seems to be made well and is durable. I would recommend it to professionals and anyone else who could benefit from the strength and balance work.

I have used this now for a few weeks. Some to do arm weights and keep my core engaged but mostly at my standing desk. I fidget a lot and with this, when I do fidget, it allows me to use my core. It doesn’t make any noise and is perfect for someone who wants a little extra while working. I have decent balance and am in good shape, this is by no means difficult it just adds a little extra while you work. If you’re looking for something very challenging this is not it. I did look at a bunch of other brands but have had success with all my Black Mountain products and for the price figured I would stay with them.

Bought it for my elementary classroom. Good for kids who need to stand up and use up some energy. Sturdy.
