Works great. Have used it many many times already and I’ve only had it for about a month. Heats up so quickly and I really like that it keeps it hot for about 30mins after.
Perfect buy for the tea lover. Before this purchase, I didn’t realize that different types of tea needed to be boiled at specific temperatures. Not only does it make perfect tea every time, but it also serves as the tea pot. The bottom is rubberized and is not hot when it is removed from the heating element.
I don’t know how I never thought about purchasing this kettle in the past. I would always just use the microwave or stove until my friend showed me her Electric Kettle. I was amazed at how quickly it heats up and how convenient it really is. This is a must-have small appliance, it truly is convenient to have.

We don’t drink tea, but I bought something similar recently to use for heating up water for things like Cup of Noddles, oatmeal, etc…ours has hot water ready in about 7 minutes and it’s faster than boiling it for us. It’s also nice when you need hot water to fill a thermos for a kids lunch in the morning.
I should clarify that I meant faster than boiling it on the stove…
