I’ve had so many pillows claiming this or that and all failed. Went flat, bumped up, hard as a rock, woke up with headaches and stiff necks every morning, constantly adjusting all night. Not this pillow. It’s so soft and doesn’t place your neck at an awkward angle. It comes with some foam to add if you need to. I actually removed some because I like a super soft, head sinks into it pillow. Upon removing from its package it says to fluff in the dryer. Mine began fluffing on its own but I did pop it in the dryer on fluff for about ten minutes and it puffed up even more. Since I’ve had this pillow I haven’t suffered through those morning headaches and stiff neck. I also sleep so much better and it doesn’t hold heat either.
