These fire extinguishers have a durable metal head and handle and feature a pull pin with a safety seal to prevent accidental discharge and discourage tampering. They’re built to fight a multitude of fires – including flames from wood, paper, fabric, flammable liquid, and electrical equipment.

And the best part, they are rechargeable – which means that if the unit is used or expires, it can be recharged by a certified professional!

These are great fire extinguishers — solidly made and a first-rate brand. I bought the four-pack in order to put fire extinguishers around my house — in the kitchen, master bedroom, laundry room, and garage. Price was reasonable enough that I threw out my out-of-date fire extinguishers rather than have them recharged. This is a small investment in home safety.

My neighbor’s house burned down. It was a small little fire at the electrical socket he thought he successfully put out. He ended up leaving the house and it went up in flames while he was gone. The next day I ordered these and put one in four corners of the house. I hope I never have to use them, but I’d rather not wait for my own house fire to wake up to the reality that it can happen to anybody.

I give these, and carbon monoxide detectors, as housewarming and wedding gifts.
