I absolutely love this product. I can slice many vegetables really quickly. I have had many mandolin slicers in the past and hated them. I was was doubtful this one would work. However, since it is gravity fed it is amazing. It even comes with a little brush for cleaning.
I just purchased my 3rd one. I have one already and bought one as a gift. Now, I am getting one to have in our trailer. This is so easy to use and clean in the dishwasher. I feel safe using this. My favorite use is making french fries. I also like using it for cucumbers.
I am a chef with many mandolins. My grandchildren love to cook with me but being 7 and 10, they are too young to use a regular, sharp mandolin. This Zakarian safe slice mandolin is perfect for them. I’ve never used zulily… is it ok? I don’t like that you have to sign up for it without knowing how it works.
Just Google it or join a Zulily Facebook group and ask questions. It works like any site. You add stuff to your cart and than pay for it. Than they ship it to you. Shipping can me very slow as a lot of stuff ships from China.
