I was a little afraid about these because they looked big and stiff, and I’m short and old. But they’re wonderful. They completely insulate my hands from the heat, and they’re so flexible that my fingers can be in any position and easily grip whatever I have in my oven. I love them!
Update: I’ve had these for a while now. They’re working out great. I highly recommend them over all other types of cooking heat protection that I’ve ever tried. I threw away my other potholders and oven mitts — I’ll never choose to use them again because they’re nowhere near as good as these.
