Workout Resistance Bands 3-Pack Only $12.59 on Amazon | Great for Thigh, Glutes & Squat Workouts
Through January 16th, head over to Amazon where you can score these GYMBEE Non-Slip Workout Resistance Bands for just $12.59 when you use promo code 10HIP2FIT at checkout.
These workout bands have three resistance levels and a non-slip design that keeps them in place while you’re working out! There is a carrying bag included so you can take them with you to the gym or use it for storage at home. Even better, there’s a booklet included with exercise recommendations as well as a video program with over 80 workouts using the resistance bands.
“The quality of these bands is top-notch and I just can’t believe how incredibly affordable they are! They feel like something that they’d have a higher-end gym for sure. In the past, any strong resistance band I’ve tried truly never felt strong enough, but these are super thick and the strong really is super strong – I feel like I got a workout with just two squats!
I also really love the color which obviously doesn’t affect the performance but it’s a perk if you plan to tote them to the gym in the convenient bag that comes with them.” – Hip2Save Sidekick, Sara

Um, as someone who works in the fitness industry I would just like to remind people that resistance bands really aren’t supposed to be used like this and you can seriously injury yourself overtime as they cause extra strain on the joints. Be careful everyone!
May I ask how they’re supposed to be used? Not being rude, just trying to be educated.
