This elevated crock pot has just the right upgrades to make it worth the extra cost. You can sear and then cook in the same pan – a huge plus as it saves using a different pan on the stove to achieve browning. I’ve used it several times and it’s performed perfectly. It even houses other crocks and keeps them warm which I was especially pleased about. I have a slightly smaller crock I wanted kept warm for a crockpot dinner swap and it worked. I was worried there’d be some feature that made it work with only their crock but was pleasantly surprised that wasn’t the case.

This setup fills the gap between stovetop browning(meats, soup base/aromatics, braising etc). The quality is amazing, cook base-to-table serving and extremely aesthetically pleasing. Comes with thoughtful accessories to boot. Would HIGHLY recommend it for experienced cooks and especially those just starting to build their culinary arsenal. **Chef’s kiss**

My new favorite appliance. I make everything under the sun in this thing-love the size of the removable non-stick insert and it cleans up like a dream. I have an OG Instant Pot as well, but I prefer the way things taste when cooked in the dutch oven. Just a dream appliance.
