Best Instant Pot yet! I wanted to replace my 6-quart with a larger size and decided to try out this one… the best upgrade yet! The steam features are excellent… quite an improvement. And, the display shows the status of the preheating (which is really much faster). This size works perfectly for my needs… I usually work with around 3 lbs of meat and I don’t have to worry about it fitting. For just 2 additional quarts, it seems so much bigger. And, I like the look of this one much more. Love the dial, too.
I love the fact that this pot is self-sealing, has a sous-vide function, and a yogurt function among others. The handles on the inner pot makes it SO much easier to remove the inner pot. The handles also keep the inner pot from rotating when you’re sautéing food. Also, the steam release valve is much easier to operate. This Instant Pot is awesome!
Being a single mom, this has been wonderful. Living in the heart of Texas and not having to heat the house up with the gas stove and oven is absolutely the best. Very easy-to-use. I just use vinegar to soak and clean everything (still doesn’t get the ring fresh, but it works). Cooking made simple and delicious 😋 Love it!!!!
