For weeks, I’ve had a Harper Rose dress in my card. No discounts I’ve gotten have ever applied. Is this just a new thing at Kohl’s (may not be that new as I haven’t been there much in the last year or so)? It’s frustrating! I knew Nike etc. was usually excluded, but Harper Rose didn’t seem like anything special.
I am seeing it a lot more often lately. I was shopping purses and nothing I liked was coupon eligible 😞
Can’t even use coupons on Carter’s anymore. They’ve gotten extremely strict on the exclusions.
I had something in my cart that I was going to use Kohl’s Cash on since it, too, was excluded from coupons. As soon as the free shipping came around, it was no longer on sale. 🙄 So, waiting again until it’s on sale and I am near a Kohl’s to order it that way, since I can’t ship to store.
