I love Stanley products. I have many of them. I bought the 16-quart due to how impressed I was with the 7-quart. We go to the amusement park often and pack a lunch to eat healthy. This cooler works perfectly and keeps things cold even in hot temperatures. Quality built and I’m sure it will last forever. Plus it’s got a warranty if something goes bad. I have used this cooler for over a year now every day for my lunch and I love it!
After living with my Yeti 35 for a second summer, I realized I needed something smaller for the quick trips. Anyone who has lived with a Yeti knows that after a day of laying in the sun, that cooler somehow seems twice as heavy and more reluctant to leave the beach than you are. That’s where this Stanley comes in.
It’s perfect for a short pool trip or a backyard party. It easily holds 6 cans or 6 standard bottles. I have left it overnight on my porch in the middle of the summer and it has had ice the next morning. The handle is really convenient and the top compartment has an elastic cord to hold in a pint of whisky or maybe a couple of sandwiches. I also unclip one side of the cord and attach my key ring so they stay put too. I mainly use this cooler for quick day trips and drinks and it holds ice for a few days if you leave it in the shade.
For the price it’s unbeatable. If Yeti made a cooler this size I’d be all over it. Good thing Stanley came to my rescue with this little guy.
