I was wondering if anyone has ever ordered from here. I placed a order for these cute wood ornaments you posted here a while back but I never received my order. I left a email message with them because there is no phone # to call and never received anything back and I just tried to get onto the website and it says Down for maintenance still. I have checked a few times last week too. Is this a real site or was it a scam?? does anyone know? please and thank you
Hey there Diane! 🤗 While this website is legitimate (I’ve personally shopped with them for years), we just received notice that their business may no longer be in working order. According to news releases, it’s advised to do a chargeback or dispute with your credit/debit card for the item you purchased in order to receive a refund. Very sorry for any troubles on this.
