This machine works wonderfully! I am reviewing it after having had it for exactly one year. It does everything it’s supposed to but in particular, what I like is its thorough persistence in getting every spot. There is no need for complicated maps and security-compromising cameras to make them that other bigger brands offer. In fact, I had ordered one and sent it back because it was annoying all the triangulation that dude getting around the room and still missing spots anyway.
The Yeedi makes straight lines back-and-forth and when it bumps into something cleans all the way around it until it’s definitely completed that area and then gets right back on its horizontal back-and-forth track. That way you know nothing is missed and you know where it’s going next. I (thought I) had a problem and contacted customer service and they were extremely responsive and ready to replace. However, after some friendly and quick troubleshooting, it turned out the issue was a user error so I declined. I could not be happier with this vacuum or with the solid customer service behind it. Strongly recommend!
