These bags have over 9,000 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️  reviews

Believe it or not, I use these to proof dough! I don’t have a proofing drawer on my oven or another place to proof pastry so I use these guys. They’re large enough to fit a full tray of croissants with a cup of hot water. I put my pastries in the bag, put a measuring cup of boiling water in and seal the bag. My dough proofs beautifully and all I do is wash them out and reuse them.

I realized after Hurricane Maria blew out our windows and soaked very important legal paperwork, destroying it, that I was not as prepared as I thought I was. Now I waterproof and large ziploc bogs to store my notebooks and other items like pictures from the wall. If you live in a hurricane zone you need several of these bags, they are thick and sturdy and hold a lot of items.

I always pack one of these in my suitcase, to segregate any damp or smelly clothing from other clean things. On trips where I spent time in a horribly smoky bar or casino or sat by an outdoor firepit, I considered throwing those clothes in the trash rather than put them back into my luggage: these bags saved the day! Also great for containing damp swimwear and towels when there’s no time to let them dry completely before packing up a suitcase on holiday.
