Starbucks is introducing the new Starbucks Rewards Visa Prepaid Card. The only Visa prepaid card that allows you to earn Stars for all the purchases you make with your card, with no monthly, annual or reload fees. Other fees may apply. You’ll be automatically enrolled in Starbucks Rewards when you apply. Already a member? No problem, you’ll have a chance to sign in.

    Details from the card agreement:

    This card is from Chase. There is a limit of one card per customer. It can only be loaded with transfers from checking and savings accounts, Chase Liquid cards, and debit cards. The card agreement doesn’t specifically say Chase debit cards or Chase checking and savings accounts. Reloads from debit cards and Chase Liquid cards must be at least $25. No minimum is stated for checking and savings account transfers.

    ATM withdrawals, ATM balance inquiries, cash back with a purchase, and cash advances aren’t allowed. This card can’t be serviced at a branch.
    You can’t pay for rental purchases. You can’t use Chase Online Bill Pay or Chase QuickPay with Zelle. You can’t transfer funds from the card to deposit accounts, except when closing the card.

    There is a 3% fee for foreign transactions and a $5 fee for rush card replacement. There is an up to $75 fee for legal processing(garnishment, tax levy, court/administrative order) whether or not the funds are actually paid. Your funds are FDIC insured up to the maximum allowed by law.
