Hi Collin, I got a check today as a refund for buying a PayPal debit card back in 2013. You posted about the deal (link below).  I didn’t filled any request to receive the refund, it was automatically sent.

“The enclosed check is a refund of fees that were deducted from your NetSpend card balance. You are receiving this check because the Federal Trade Commission settled a lawsuit with NetSpend Corporation regarding people’s inability to activate and obtain access to funds loaded on NetSpend cards”
