Dalgona (Whipped Coffee) Martini

A rich and creamy whipped alcoholic coffee drink.
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
- 2 oz. vodka
- 1 cup ice
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee or espresso
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Directions

Combine instant coffee, sugar, hot water, and vanilla extract in a small bowl. Use a mixer to whip the mixture for a minute or two until it becomes thickened and light in color. Set aside.

Pour ice, vodka, and Baileys Irish Cream into a shaker cup. Shake well and pour into a glass of your choice (martini glass preferred).

Spoon the whipped coffee mixture on top of your glass until full. Enjoy!
