I had silicone pans in the past and threw them out, this is a huge improvement. Good quality, the internal stiffeners on the two handle sides allow easy pick-up and transfer. I deliberately left some drips of batter on the pan when I baked these and it literally lifted off. To remove the muffins after cooling in the pan on a rack, just push up on the flexible bottom and they pop right out. I did not grease the pan before using.
Love this! I made crustless quiches with egg, turkey bacon, spinach, carrots… they came out perfect. No sticking. Do what the instructions say DO NOT GREASE the pan and you will have no issues. It even cleaned up very easily. Buying the mini muffin pan as well.
These pans have a steel frame which provides stability for handling the pan-no need to use a baking sheet underneath. Muffins release completely and cleanly after cooling for about 5 minutes. There is no odor from the new product (as there is with inferior silicone pans from Amazon). This is the only brand I have in my kitchen.
