I purchased two of these to send to our parents and the Plus for our house. Really enjoy being able to let my boys call their grandparents whenever they want. They love the interactive books, games, and filters that can be used when everyone is on the portal. The face tracking is nice on the regular unit and will follow you around if you are moving around. Placement of the Portal is important. Purchased all three for Christmas of 2019 and haven’t had any issues with them. Would recommend them.

Purchased this for our mom, in the nursing home. She loves it. I got it started for her and she is able to video chat with people that I have loaded on it from Facebook messenger. It is easier for her to use than her cell phone. She is able to see who she is talking to, which helps her dementia. I would highly recommend this product for anyone with a loved one far away. Wonderful way to stay connected or if you are sick and don’t want to be around anyone.
