Jalapeno Popper Dip

Easy cream cheese-based appetizer dip with a touch of heat from the jalapenos.
- 8 oz. package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup real mayonnaise
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, cubed (or Velveeta cheese if you prefer)
- 3 jalapeños, finely chopped & seeds removed
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 12 Ritz crackers, crushed
- 1 tablespoon butter
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise well. Add in cheddar cheese and jalapeños, again mixing until fully combined.
Press mixture onto the bottom of a greased 9-inch pan.
Mix crushed crackers with melted butter and sprinkle them on top.
Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through. Top with sliced green onions. Serve with more crackers or tortilla chips, and enjoy!
