Although I have given magazine subscriptions as gifts in the past, I have always struggled with how to present these gifts. So I am hoping to have solved this problem with these cute and free printable magazine subscription gift cards/tags!
To use, just buy a current issue of the magazine your are gifting and wrap it up along with one of these free printable cards. Choose from four designs so you can gift for different occasions (I recommend printing on heavy card stock paper).
