Peanut Ramen Noodles

Use Ramen Noodles as an easy meal starter, then add this savory peanut sauce for a seriously delicious upgrade!
- 4 packages Ramen Noodles
- 3 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
- 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 teaspoons Sriracha Hot sauce
- 1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/2 cup peanuts
- 1 bunch of green onion, chopped
Cook Ramen Noodles with seasoning packets, and drain off most of the liquid.
In a small bowl, mix peanut butter, Sriracha Hot Sauce, and soy sauce.
In a skillet, heat up sesame seed oil and green onion.
Add noodles and toss with sauce. Top with peanuts. Serves 4
