Probably not because with a dough scraper you are able to cut the dough into portions. This would be too flexible.
I have a little one from pampered chef that I got years ago to scrape the left over cake batter (so you can use every single drop of cake batter). Haven’t used it in years, wonder if it would work the same. Might try it!
