Our Hip2Save team gave the viral WiBargain surprise boxes filled with Target returns a try… and here’s how it went! 😬

pulling items out of Wibargain Target return box

SURPRISE! 📦

Hey, y’all! Angela here! 👋🏼

Ever since the pandemic started I’ve been kinda… sorta… okay A LOT obsessed with TikTok. I find myself scrolling for hours at night when I should be going to sleep.

During my nightly scrolls, I came across quite a few influencers talking about the WiBargain surprise boxes…🤯 From what the videos showed, they were receiving a TON of awesome stuff in their boxes so I thought I’d give it a try! 🤞🏼

🛑 PLEASE READ BEFORE CONTINUING:

When we first published this post, it was based on our true experience which had been overall positive, from both the side of Angela ordering without any Hip2Save affiliation, to Sara receiving a box for free. Our goal was to test out whether or not influencers got better boxes.

In the process, we were able to secure a discount code from WiBargain that we were excited to share with our readers. However, as many have expressed in the comments, the more recent purchase experiences have been nothing like ours.

For that reason, we strongly encourage you all not to order WiBargain boxes at this time.

While we’re unaware of what is causing the hold up in boxes being shipped out, or the delay in responses from the company, we feel it is in your best interest to avoid making purchases through this site until their customer experience is improved.

In the hopes there may be more comments on this post, whether it be from readers with updates on their orders, or from the company directly, we are going to keep this post live for the time being. Though again, we encourage anyone not to order from the WiBargain site at this time.

Thank you for your understanding and we truly hope to see a swift turnaround in the order issues you have all been experiencing.

Since I initially wrote this post, I’ve even convinced my Hip sidekick, Sara, to give this a try too! I mean, who doesn’t love some surprise mail?

Except… CURVEBALL! This time, WiBargain actually knew her box was headed to a Hip2Save team member and that we’d be posting about our experience again. I can barely stand the anticipation to see what she got! 😮

Do you think WiBargain gave her all the TikTok goodies we’ve been seeing from other bloggers? We shall see… 😏

woman showing off what was in her WiBargain surprise box

These surprise boxes range in price from $35 all the way up to $175. You can also choose from various categories of boxes including Amazon returns, Target returns, and more.

I decided to go with the $125 Target Premium Returns Box.

From what I had seen from the influencer boxes I was excited to find out what I would end up with. Plus, WiBargain claims that some boxes will include one surprise bonus item that is worth over $100 MSRP.

Sadly I didn’t end up with a surprise bonus item, but there were a few things I did like and will be able to use.

surprise box contents

Here’s what was in my WiBargains Target Premium Returns Surprise Box:

  • 2 Up & Up Drawing Paper 40-Sheets $2.39 per pack = $4.78 value
  • Room Essentials Washcloth 6-Pack $5 value
  • 4 Crayola Finger Paint Soap Tubes $1 each = $4 value
  • Toy Car $1 value
  • Sun Squad 4-Person Picnic Blanket $20 value
  • Vineyard Vines Waterproof Playing Cards $5 value
  • 2 Disney’s Frozen 50-Piece Puzzles $1 each = $2 value (missing pieces)
  • Dr. Seuss Fine Tip Markers $1 value
  • Kellytoy Stuffed Lamb $5 value
  • 2 Mini Christmas Spiral Coloring Books $1 each = $2 value
  • 2 Disney & Friends Board Books $1 each = $2 value
  • 2 Universal Thread Headbands $10 each = $20 value
  • Easter Tree $5
  • iPhone Case – This case had no name brand on it and no UPC so I’m not sure of the value. Oddly enough it is for the original iPhone, yep the super small one. How long have they been holding on to this gem!? 🤣

Total value: $286.69 – $100 (cost of box w/ our exclusive HIP2SAVE discount) = $186.69 worth of “free” items!

egg decorating kit

I must admit, I kind of side-eyed the Easter stuff like the plastic eggs and the egg decorating kits because those items end up going for around 20¢ during the after Easter clearance 90% off sale. Some of the items in my box I also would absolutely not consider to be “premium” items as they were from Target’s BullsEye’s Playground.

But that said, I did have a few faves…

Hearth & hand throw pillow

Out of the box, my favorite items were the picnic blanket, washcloths, food storage containers, and the Hearth & Hand pillow. I also appreciated the sheet set even though I don’t have a dorm size bed as I was able to give it to a young adult I know who’s heading to college this fall!

I’ll be donating all of the toys to a holiday toy drive so they will even be put to good use too.

target threshold curtains

Many people buy these surprise boxes to resell the items on Amazon, eBay, or Facebook Marketplace. I’m not sure if the box I received would really be worth the effort of reselling due to the contents. It seems that the influencers get the reallllllly good stuff (like electronics and expensive beauty tools) and the rest of us mostly end up with random things that may leave a lot to be desired comparatively speaking.

Oh, and the curtain set in my box was covered in shampoo, so those would for sure not be something that could be resold.

So what was in Sara’s surprise box?! I’ll let her tell ya!

hand holding bamboo utensil organizer over open box

Sara here! 👋

I’ll be honest, I was VERY skeptical of WiBargain, but being a frugal, Earth-conscious person I really appreciated that returned items were going to good use somehow!

Regardless, I was anxious to see what WiBargain would send me and I LOVE the idea of getting a box full of surprise goodies! 😍

WiBargain sent me the $125 Target Premium Returns Box, just like Angela’s!

various home items on coffee table with wibargain box in background

Here’s what was in my WiBargains Target Premium Returns Surprise Box:

Total value: $273.71 – $100 (cost of box w/ our exclusive HIP2SAVE discount) = $173.71 worth of “free” items

woman holding box of knives and bamboo utensil organizer

Overall I was pleasantly pleased with the items in my box and to my surprise, I didn’t think they packed it full of unrealistic expectations.

Compared to Angela’s box, mine actually retailed for LESS than hers. However, I felt the quality of a few items was slightly better. Mine also seemed to have fewer “fluff” products and more substantial pieces. Nonetheless, I didn’t think the stuff I received was out of the ordinary of what any non-influencer recipient would get, like I initially expected.

Many of my items were practical too!

woman holding a box of string lights

My favorite thing in my WiBargain box were the string lights! Recently both of my boys asked for some to hang in their shared room, so these couldn’t be more perfect! (And yes, they all worked when I set them up!) 😏

hand holding drawer organizer

There were TONS of other useful products in my box too!

The beautiful spice-colored coverlet set – perfect for transitioning into colder months. The knives set which has been on my wishlist for over a year! The foam bath rug, white towels (you can never have too many with kids), the heating pad, which is something I didn’t already have and I’m sure will come in handy when someone in my family needs it most.

Even the bamboo drawer organizer (which I didn’t think I needed) found its own space in my junk drawer! 😍

woman holding up target products with sad face

By no surprise, there were a few disappointing products, such as the one curtain panel which isn’t my style, but even then, I’d need to buy more to make it work in any of my rooms.

Then there were the size 5 women’s shoes, which are 2 sizes too small for me, and the King size sheets set that won’t fit any beds in my home – so by default, they’re essentially useless in my space.

With that said, they are all still nice products and something I know many other people can use. Plus, I’ll still get a little return on my box if I decide to sell any of the items.

I’ll pass it back to Angela now! 👋

There are so many WiBargain surprise boxes to choose from!

clothing hanger organizer

There are quite a few WiBargain boxes to choose from and if I had extra cash, it might be fun to grab a couple more. There are boxes with returns from Amazon, Bed Bath & Beyond, Lowe’s, and boxes with jewelry, cosmetics, pet items, clothing, shoes, unclaimed mail/packages (yep, that’s a thing!) 🤯, home decor, and more! 😱

Speaking of, did you know that you can buy mail?

unclaimed mail in bin

I follow a woman on TikTok that goes to her local swapmeet where they sell unclaimed mail for $1 each and she ends up with a ton of gift cards and other fun items. I love her disclaimer on every video “and yes…this is totally legal.” 🤣

The WiBargain unclaimed mail surprise box is priced at $95 for a small box with ten items – that’s a pretty hefty gamble in my opinion, especially compared to the $1 price that people are paying at swap meets. Items can be in any category from home decor, kitchen, electronics, jewelry, clothing, baby and toys, and other general merchandise.

wibargain clothing surprise box

If you’re considering a clothing or shoe box, know that they can vary in size and can include men’s, women’s, or children’s clothing and shoes. From what I’ve seen from the unboxing videos on YouTube, these boxes would be better for a reseller due to the random sizing.

Here’s how to save on your own WiBargain box!

wibargain surprise box toys

While this is quite a splurge for me to buy a box not knowing what is going to be inside, I will say the anticipation and the unboxing is totally fun! If you have a gift closet, this would be great for you – especially if you have a lot of kiddos on your gift list.

Almost all of the items in both mine and Sara’s boxes were in near perfect condition and mostly unopened, with a few exceptions of broken/damaged items like the shampoo-covered curtain panel I already mentioned above.

If you do decide to take the plunge & order your own surprise box from WiBargain, score our exclusive deal:

Get 20% OFF your WiBargain box with promo code HIP2SAVE20!

Honestly, if you have the extra cash it is pretty fun to get a surprise box in the mail, just don’t have any expectations as these can be totally hit or miss!

sofa with target pillows

I will say I’m loving how the Hearth & Hand Pillow looks on my couch! It matches perfectly, even the tassels are the same color as my other pillows. Don’t come for me for being a pillow hoarder, I know I know! It reminds me of that Progressive Insurance commercial where the guy asks the woman where people are supposed to sit due to her couch being filled with pillows. 🤣

Have you purchased one of these surprise boxes? If so, let us know in the comments! 😍

I ordered 2 from the last post you had and itā€™s not looking like mine will ever show upā€¦

  2. Sher

Very disappointed in what this blog has become. Come on girls, you can do better.

  3. Carlene

Yes totally agree. We are in world wide pandemic. So many lives have been lost. Weekly numbers rising daily. Families visiting food bank that have empty shelves. HOW ABOUT HELPING THOSE IN NEED. I personally staying healthy and have FUNDS for my day to day living. You attract the masses on your site. Let’s get back to helping those in need. Trips, disposal money, none essentials are not helping. Think about staying with the times and helping fellow neighbors and friends. In fact I support you going it a try, many I’m sure agree.

  4. jessa

How in the world is this not sponsored if there is an exclusive Hip2Save code? We have eviction moratoriums ending tmrw and you are promoting this over priced box. Im happy you guys all have so much disposable income to purchase these. There was a time when you wanted to help the struggling families score unbelievable deals. Now you just push and promote overpriced junk. The fact that you say “there was no mention of Hip2Save when ordering” makes me think the opposite.

  5. Jo-Ann

I searched this company and here is the alert for it on the BBB (https://www.bbb.org/us/ca/bakersfield/profile/liquidators/wibargain-llc-1066-850063790):

    CURRENT ALERTS FOR THIS BUSINESS
    Pattern of Complaint:
BBB files indicate that this business has a pattern of complaints concerning issues with quality of items sold by the company. The company advertises whole sale boxes with quality items from known retailers such as Amazon and Target. Customers are reporting purchasing boxes of a specified amount and items received are not of great quality. Customer complaints allege that the value of the items in the box received are much lower then what they paid for the box. One example would be from a consumer that reported purchasing a box for $125. According to the consumer they were promised to received 10-12 quality items which would give the box a total value of about $500 – $600. The costumer estimated the total value of items received to be about $70. Customers are requesting refunds from company but the company indicates all sales are final. Some customers have also reported receiving boxes with missing items, missing parts, damaged or broken items and receiving no value items. Some consumers have also reported that some items do come with the original tags while others do not, they have to look up these no tag items to estimate their value. On February 26, 2021, BBB submitted a written request to the company encouraging them to address the pattern of complaints. As of March 26, 2021, BBB has had no response.

    • Joni

Well, that definitely isnā€™t a company I want to use. I trust bbb. I really think h2s should rethink promoting this. I donā€™t think h2s is trying to promote a bad business but with everyoneā€™s bad experiences and the multiple BBB complaints, they really should take it into consideration. It does foster a sense of mistrust even if itā€™s unintentional.

YOU ARE A SCAM. You lie, you steal and you should just close. Trying to save face? Google yourself! You keep the good stuff and SOMETIMES send out boxes of junk! If you did it right you could survive but you just don’t ship or ship crap. Biggest joke you made of influencers.

    • PollyMD1

In what universe is it okay to send out a used toilet plunger. A disgusting item from a disreputable company.

  9. Emily (Hip Sidekick)

For starters, I would like to apologize for the delay in having a message sent out to all of you addressing the legitimate concerns over the status of your WiBargain boxes, but more importantly, the status of the integrity at Hip2Save. Please know that these comments have been heavily discussed by our team over the past few days as they are just as disheartening to read as I’m sure they are for you all to type.

In regards to this specific post on WiBargain, the entire process we outline is accurate, from Angela ordering her own box without any mention of Hip2Save, to Sara receiving one for free from the company. In between those events, we felt getting in touch with WiBargain to offer some sort of promotion was a benefit to all of our readers, though as it currently stands with many of you having not received boxes yet, we realize the disservice that it has caused.

I am truly sorry for any negative experiences any of you have encountered from this post and fully understand your frustrations and concerns, and I want to ensure you are all being seen and heard. As it pertains to the changing landscape of the Product Review posts on Hip2Save, we will be more diligent in our efforts to share when products are provided to our team at no cost to us.

While this can of course give the illusion that our opinions are being “paid” for, I assure you there are plenty of conversations happening behind the scenes when something doesn’t meet our standards and we don’t feel comfortable posting to our site. Whether the product quality simply isn’t there, or the price point is too high without a killer deal (because yes, we are still ALWAYS working our hardest to score you the best exclusive deals), we never want to deviate away from our standards.

The comments on this post have been eye-opening and enlightening, and we will make sure to move forward to provide only the best content for you all. If desired, you can email me at emily@hip2save.com and I will do my best to clarify any additional concerns or assist in any way I can.

Thank you all for your continued loyalty and support from all of us here at Hip2Save. ā¤ļø

  10. Feodora Brockway

I ordered a box of unclaimed mail from this scam of a company on July 11. No reply no tracking. I contacted via email 7/29. They replied on 7/30 by confirming my order (finally) 126570 and sending me a tracking number. 420926489305520207600542932235
It is now 9/7 and I have received NOTHING and have filed a dispute on my credit card. I also did some googling to find that I am not the only one. Influencers need to take down their posts about them. They don’t send the boxes out. Also I am QUITE sure after investigating further, that they take anything of value out and send out junk that is worth nothing. Congrats on them on the biggest scam! So NOT it’s not worth it. They send influencers their boxes and apparently not other people. GOOGLE” WIBARGAIN SCAM” I am SURE they keep anything of value anyway.

It’s a shame you spent so much time on this vendor. I suggest you do some research because leaving this up makes you look bad. It will literally take you 10 minutes to realize this company is a scam.

  11. Dana Mercer

I love a good surprise especially if itā€™s something I would use or not buy for myself. NEVER spent this much on a ā€œsurprise ā€œ. Not faulting anyoneā€¦Iā€™m the one that wanted to take a gamble. But, I think it only fair to others that may on the fenceā€¦. It is not worth the money. Got mine today and only received one item that was not broken, mildewed, or stained. (16 items in my box)

  12. Karen

I’m so disappointed in this referral. Sounded fun, but now I’m going to have to do all the legwork and spend the time getting out of this mess. Should have done more research and not trusted the post.

  13. Jay

I hope that the commission you got from pushing this crap was good, because I was totally underwhelmed with the “Bed, Bath and Beyond” box I got. Anyone need 1 (ONE) gray curtain panel. What the @#%@%& would I do with that… I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone – a big rip-off…

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

SO sorry about this, Jay. We sure appreciate hearing about your experience and would like to do something for you. Please send us an email on this over to collin@hip2save.com.

  14. nhsuzanne

Hip2Save I was in your corner despite all of the negative comments. I received my box today and just emailed the vendor. 4 of the items I received are broken and completely unusable. Example- a retractable dog leash which was snapped in 2, and an OXO container with a lid broken into 5 pieces. My loss, but you should not be promoting this company,

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Bummer! Thanks so much for the update. We are very sorry to hear about your experience and would like to do something for you. Please send us an email on this over to collin@hip2save.com.

  15. PollyMD1

Absolute garbage. I received a used toilet plunger along with a dirty stuffed animal, a towel where the tag had been cut off and detritus from the dollar bin. Made my purchase based on Hip2Save recommendation. I see you have the disclaimer at the top, but I will be much more careful about following your recommendations in future.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh darn! We feel horrible about this and would like to do something for you. Please send us a message on this over to collin@hip2save.com. Thank you so much for the update on your order!

    • nhsuzanne

PollyMD1, see my suggestion below about filing a chargeback with your credit card company.

  16. Girl Dad

I think it’s obvious to most who got sucked into this that WiBargain’s mystery boxes are a scam and they save all of the good stuff for their referrals (referrers…referees?). If you consider buying from them based on a Youtube or other referral, don’t be deceived. Even with a referral discount, their mystery boxes are sorely overpriced. I bought three boxes (Target returns, Amazon returns, and unclaimed mail), and have received 2 so far.

The first box (Amazon Returns) contained items that I would consider trash and I also received only 7 items of the advertised 10-12:

    – USED “clothing” item (foreplay bunny outfit; can’t wait to try that on; stained, in original bag that looks like it went through hell)
    – Rice cooker (used enough to accumulate rust in the basin; no tags or packaging)
    – Solar string lights that have been heavily used (packaged in clear bag; no tags; heavy use)
    – Men’s brown leather belt (sealed in a generic clear bag)
    – Kohler angle supply piping for vanity sink (missing a part; original box that’s seen a few things)
    – Linenspa queen mattress cover (original packaging; cover stuffed into bag)
    – Pink Nalgene cup (the only useful item in the lot which I saved for my eldest daughter).

Box 1 Summary: Nice Cup. Time to fill ‘er up ‘n hit the dump.

The second box to arrive was Target Returns. While slightly more pleased with this box than the first, it was hard to be anything other considering the low bar was already set with the first box. The items in this box, 11 in total, actually had most of the original packaging and tags still intact. My wife used the Target barcode scanner, and according to Target the total “value” for this box was approximately $170.00. One item was broken (feau bamboo drawer organizer) and completely useless, but it was price marked as $5 so I’m not too heartbroken over that one. Total list of items in this box:

    – Magnolia 8-foot table runner (original tags)
    – Threshold burgundy round table cloth
    – Kid mini back-pack tyedye kit (original packaging)
    – SunSquad plastic LED outdoor lantern (original tag)
    – 50-piece sidwalk chalk (original packaging; best item in the box…or so my girls say)
    – 3-piece rubbermaid locking containers (original packaging)
    – Fiskar garden shears (original packaging)
    – SunSquad kids yard disc/frisbee (original tags)
    – Feau bamboo drawer organizer (straight to the bin)
    – School paper notebook
    – Whicker kids bedroom lamp with shade(slightly damaged/secured with zip-ties; original tags)

Box 2 Summary: Again, slightly more pleased with the second box. Would it make me order from them again? A solid no. You’re truly better off throwing a couple Benjamin’s down on a craps table.

Shipping times are also not ideal, though my experience seems to have been better than most so far. 1st box arrived after 12 days, the second 16 days, and the last has yet to arrive or even ship. I emailed the company two days ago for a status update on the last box they reported back today:

“Your order is currently in production and in our shipping queue, it is estimated to ship out sometime within the next two weeks. I sincerely apologize for the delay however we have been having delays in shipping and a large influx of orders in the past month. We are still processing as a result.”

I guess I’ll see it “sometime”.

I do have to say that because the overall experience with these boxes is primarily negative not just for me but for most, Hip2Save has lost a small bit of credibility in my book. At the same time it is up to every individual to do their own research and weed out “deals” that seem sketchy or too good to be true. I like many others have/had come to trust and rely on Hip2Save to do that work for me, but I can’t place too much fault on a company that receives nothing from me (aside from ad revenue šŸ™‚ ) in return for the legwork they do to find deals for bargain hunters who don’t want to or don’t have time to do it themselves. Yes, they promoted something they may not have fully vetted. Initially, I was livid. My takeaway? Lesson learned; maybe don’t be TOO reliant on Hip2Save.

Would be interested to know the specifics of what all everyone else got in their boxes. For now, that’s all from me. Time to get those stains out of my new roleplaying outfit! *grabs lighter fluid and burn barrell

    • nhsuzanne

For Girl Dad and PollyMD1, I agree that the boxes did not live up to expectations. I have gotten a lot of positives out of Hip2Save, and i think we’re all entitled to a mistake. Hindsight is 20/20, and I can’t imagine they would promote the WiBargains site again. I did want to share with you that I did a chargeback through Citibank for my Amazon returns box, and I just found out today (less than a week later) that I was issued a refund since Citi decided in my favor. I’d strongly encourage you both to file a chargeback with your credit card company. The four primary items I received in my box weren’t just broken, they were unusable. That’s misrepresentation on WiBargain’s part since on their website it states “This is a great way to get started reselling or if you need a consistent supply of items to resell.” Obviously you can’t resell an unusable item. WiBargain also only includes reviews that are 3 stars and up. That’s also false representation. They discard 1 and 2 star reviews. If you misrepresent, you are not likely to succeed in a chargeback. In addition, your credit card company will expect you to try to return the items. I contacted WiBargain and asked to return them. They responded that even if I do they won’t refund me.

  17. Allaire Webster

Hi I ordered also. Been following HIP2Save Forever. I said if Colin has it advertised I will try it. Aug 31 order one. Still waiting for it but in-between I ordered a clothing one and just got a post office delivery in that mail that if I want my package I have to pay $19.25 to get my package. WTH?

    • Stacy F (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Allaire, we’d like to talk with you more about your experience. Would you mind emailing collin@hip2save.com with more details?

  18. Rebecca Morgan

Wiibargains charged me and sent me a fed ex link that did not work. I emailed them back and forth to cancel and refund me, they had me fill out a form to cancel it. It shows up a month after I filled out the form. In the box are 2 SEX TOYS. Which I opened in front of my kid. I no longer will read posts of companys you are supporting. So dissapointed and still trying to get my $ refunded.

    • Stacy F (Hip2Save Sidekick)

Rebecca, I am so sorry that happened to you. Would you mind emailing collin@Hip2save.com and sharing this comment? We’d really appreciate it.

  19. natasha-4

I realize no one will probably ever see this but I literally just got my box today 11/2 after I ordered in August when this was initially posted. I emailed to cancel and request a refund. I also completed their form that they asked I complete (a month ago.) The company then STILL send the box and says because I have the box their policy is to not offer refunds. I am beyond upset and frustrated and will definitely be more careful with the trusting Hip2Save and Colinā€™s recommendations. I realize it is not her fault per se but this was a gross oversight on so many levels. It was ā€œgreatā€ to spend money to wait 3 months for a box with a used sex toy. Iā€™m still in disbelief.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Oh darn! Thanks for the honest feedback and updated. We’re so sorry to hear about your experience and would love to send you something. Be sure to send us an email over to contact@hip2save.com.

  20. Leah Shumack

I too as a loyal Hip2Save lover for many many years bought from this company cause I love surprises and pallet sales are hot right now. I ordered a Target box – which showed up 2 months after I ordered in August. I received broken cat toys and broken candles 1 unopened big box of magnetics toys and a bottom half of a lamp. The remainder of the items were just towels. I am still waiting for the unopened mail box from the same order. I have contacted them monthly as each time they tell me that it’ll ship in 2 weeks and well 6 weeks later it’s no where to be seen – or has ever shown up at FedEx under the shipping number they gave me months ago. I’ve requested a refund so I guess will see how it goes but definitely disappointed to see even with a disclaimer not to order – it’s still a review here.

Thanks for the update and feedback, Leah. We’re terribly sorry to hear about this. Be sure to send us an email as we’d love to send you something – contact@hip2save.com. Also, contacting your bank to see if they may cancel this charge may be helpful, since you haven’t had a response or update on your order. Hoping this is helpful!

Same. I ordered in August based on the Hip2Save recommendation and I still haven’t received my box. They just give me a runaround when I email or call them. Total scam.

I would contact your bank especially since you haven’t gotten a response from the company.

I ordered in August and still have not received my box. I continue to email customer service and ask for a refund but they won’t respond. So mad I got conned out of $76. šŸ˜’

Have you filed a dispute with your credit card company that your ordered it with? I did and got my refund that way!

I wish I had seen this post much earlier! I saw somebody opening one of these boxes around Thanksgiving time and I thought it would be fun to get one and do it with our Christmas guests. I purchased the box in the middle of December and it was to be delivered on December 26, of course! Itā€™s now March 24 and I still donā€™t have it! I had reached out to them via email and received a quick response stating that they were having a heavy volume so there was a slight delay but I should have it soon. After multiple unanswered subsequent emails and a phone call where I stayed on hold for 45 minutes, I finally gave up and decided to file a dispute on the charge with my credit card company. They completed the review and issued me a refund. The tracking information WiBargain gave me still says it will be updated when the item is given to FedEx!

I highly suggest filing a dispute with your credit card company. Just let them know you ordered and never received the item and the seller is unresponsive to calls and emails. It can take up to 60 days depending on your credit card but at least youā€™re not out the money!

same thing happened to me 190.00 spent -nothing in return. Tried to dispute with my bank but it’s been too long and they can’t help me…… SCAM!!!
