I just made a taco soup, and it’s super easy. 2 cups beef broth, 1 can corn, 2 cans diced tomatoes, 1 big can green chilies, 1 can black beans, 1 can white beans or 2 cans either, 1 can progresso or non concentrated tomato soup, add up to 1 ranch seasoning packet. Then brown 1lb ground beef, drain and season w 1 packet of taco seasoning. Mix all together and simmer 10-15 mins. Serve topped w shredded cheese, crushed tortilla chips or strips, and a dollop of sour cream.
