Oh how I LOVE this “Fathead” Pizza Dough recipe. As many of you know, I eat mainly a ketogenic and low carb diet… but sure have a hard time resisting a good slice of pizza!
This keto-friendly pizza dough makes amazing pizza that you seriously can’t tell is low carb. My entire family LOVES it… even my oh so picky kiddos. The best part (well, other than it tasting SO good) is that it requires just a few ingredients that you may have on hand. No really odd ingredients that you need to buy at some specialty store or online – love that!
