    Simple Grape Salad
    1 pound red seedless grapes
    1 pound green seedless grapes
    8 oz cream cheese softened
    1 jar marshmallow cream
Wash & dry your grapes. Mix softened cream cheese with marshmallow cream until well blended. Fold in the grapes & refrigerate. Optional add ins, Heath toffee chips OR chopped pecans. The bowl is always the first dish emptied no matter where you take it. Sounds like an odd combination but tastes wonderful, great Pinterest find🌷

I make the cream cheese/marshmallow cream as a dip for my fruit salads. It’s great to dip strawberries in or any fruit! I have never mixed grapes into it, but will try. Thanks

Simple Summer Cucumber, Onion and Tomato Salad

    Ingredients
    2 large cucumbers
    3 large tomatoes
1 large vidalia or red onion, halved and sliced thick
    For the Dressing:
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup vinegar – apple cider, red wine or white are all good choices
2 teaspoons granulated sugar, or to taste
1/2 tablespoon mixed fresh, chopped herbs (parsley, basil, oregano, dill), or to taste
1 teaspoon kosher salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper, or to taste
    Instructions

Peel the cucumber and cut it in half lengthwise. Cut into slices and put into a glass serving bowl. Cut tomatoes into bite sized chunks and add to the cucumbers. Cut the onion slices into quarters and add to the bowl. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, herbs, salt and pepper and pour over the salad. Toss well, cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, 2 hours is even better. Let rest at room temperature for about 10 minutes; serve as is or spoon over torn lettuce.

The Zesty Cilantro Lime Quinoa Salad is so good. I even have “yummy” written at the bottom of the recipe. I just printed most of these out. We better have a BBQ this weekend.

Here’s a grape salad that can be used as a dessert also.

    Grape Salad

2 lbs. Grapes ( I used the white and the red seedless grapes)
    8 ozs. Cream Cheese
    8 ozs. Sour Cream
    1 Cup Sugar
    1 cup Brown Sugar
    1 cup pecans

Wash the grapes and drain on a paper towel until dry.
Depending on the size of the grapes, you can leave them whole or cut them in half.
Mix cream cheese, sour cream and sugar until well blended.
Place the grapes in dish and then pour the mixture on top.
Mix the brown sugar and nuts to gather and then sprinkle it over the top of the salad.
Refrigerate until time to serve. It is better if you make it the night before. The brown sugar melts into the other mixture and makes a caramel type topping.
