Prior to this post, we did have Melissa on our team go through the ordering process and she received the book as pictured in the post here.
Same happened to me. I purchased it this time. It’s been 6 weeks today and I didn’t get it. They did refund my money, so that was nice, but still would have been nice to receive the product. When I reached out to customer service, they did get back to me via email relatively quickly, but when I asked if the book ever got sent, they simply said it shows on their end as “undeliverable.” I don’t know. I just suggest not ordering from this company. Waste of time.
I just ordered the book for my niece and I got the confirmation email for the $1 payment. But it also says that the subscription is billed on the 14th of every month! (which is TODAY). Then, I waited a couple minutes and cancelled the subscription. I got an email immediately saying my subscription was cancelled but also says “you may have been charged already for one ore book and it will be still printed for you, but be reassured that your subscription from now on is canceled. I better not be charged $21.99 for 1 book (or maybe 2) for cancelling the subscription 2 minutes after ordering! 🙁
So sorry for the confusion, Jenn! You might try reaching out to customer service to see if they can help you with this order. The offer details do state that there would be a monthly subscription, so it may be dependent on the day you sign up on for the next subscription date. Hope this is helpful! 💕

Great question! I’m not seeing a specific age noted for these either. We find these books are good for any child as young as around 18 months or so. Hoping that might be helfpul! 💕
