I loved and used ClassPass when we weren’t in a pandemic. It allowed me to have a variety of work outs and ‘try out’ new places. I actually had forgotten I had the membership as I had stopped going. Luckily I was only being charged their lowest membership cost at the time.

I have been using the Female Fitness App – its free -and I really like it -I feel like it is totally maneable – what I really like is that I can skip the rest time if I need to.. then I can complete the workouts faster… I am doing the beginner ab workout and the Full body 28 day challenge – just another app idea 🙂
