I’m a person that HATES paying for shipping. I avoided Etsy because of shipping costs. However, this last year I have found so many unique products that I absolutely love, that I now 100% feel the shipping costs of individual items is worth it for me. I found some amazing gifts for Christmas on Etsy that everyone loved (even ones mentioned here, like the personalized Amazon box ornament). I just ordered a new calendar from Etsy and I’m in love with it. I love supporting these small business owners. Don’t get me wrong, I still love the convenience and selection of Amazon, but my Etsy purchases make my heart feel a little happier. Keep the Etsy posts coming!

Unfortunately I have a not favorable opinion. My husband bought a Vintage Gucci watch that clearly was a counterfeit when we got it for Christmas even though the seller NEVER stated it was anything but a Gucci. We contacted them- stated we wanted a refund and to return it as it was not real. ( Gucci does not make their internal watch movements in JAPAN) 🤨So between the seller… the unethical practice of Etsy even though it is illegal to sell counterfeit items to protect the seller of counterfeit goods … we can’t get our money back. Throw in PayPal which is even worse… Ever try to call or contact PayPal?? Good luck with that…. We have contacted our credit card company to file a claim against the seller selling counterfeit stuff and hope that at some point we get our money back.
I will never do business again with Etsy or PayPal due to their obvious practice of protecting criminal behavior.

I got a cutting board for my brother but there’s so many they just cut and paste the pattern into the machine and go. My guy did the artwork based upon a drawing of my brothers Lakefront!!
Hand turned Beechwood spurtle. Every piece he makes comes with a story of what tree he got the wood from. Unfortunately both of my friends were left-handed but they’re using it! His stuff is beautiful!

Much more affordable than what I’ve found on Amazon n other online stores n local businesses. Very hard to find the measurements I want at retail stores. This seller can customize.
