    I love Yoga with Adriene. I have never stuck to an exercise routine until I started doing her videos. She has a practice for anything you can think of. Short videos, long ones, from head to toe.

    I just wanted to add that FitOn is my favorite app! It also streams on my Roku tv. There is a paid prescription, but most all workouts are FREE! It has been a life savor during the pandemic.
